Join Ape Co Movement for their third year at Beyul with 4 days of deep dive training, nature immersion & community connection. Ape Co Movement Retreat is an immersive experience in movement education, where world renowned teachers guide students through a holistic approach to strength, balance, spine health, mobility and coordination. Through games, puzzles, and skill-building exercises, participants will rediscover their bodies' innate capabilities in a space of play and learning.
This year Ape Co welcomes back Shai’s exceptional teaching and transformative partner & solo work, deepening our bodies’ experience in dance, communication, and movement. Also returning is beloved Boulder & worldwide teacher, Liav Baron, this time with her partner & co-teacher, Benny Yefremov. Together they are a burst of creative movement exploring how we can move more playfully & deeply with the environment around & inside of us.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
12 hours of training, across 4 days: Book-end days each include 1 3-hour session, & 2 full days include 6 hours of training across 2 sessions.
